What you're enrolling in.
SABS offers two enrollment paths — the 7-phase BaseWork Systems program (sequential, organizational, multi-year) and the four standalone BaseWork Modules (flexible, enroll any time). Every organization begins with Phase 1–2. Modules may be added at any phase.
The 7-Phase Program

Three delivery pathways.
The full curriculum is available in the format that fits your organization's existing schedule and infrastructure. You choose — no need to pause operations or install new technology.
Online
Self-paced curriculum hosted on Digital Chalk. SABS library hosted via Dropbox. Accessible from anywhere, immediately after enrollment.
Best for: Distributed teams, individual learners, and organizations that want to start immediately.
On-site
Full- or half-day SABS coordinator at your facility. May include additional travel expenses communicated in advance.
Best for: Organizations without existing training infrastructure who want hands-on setup support.
Blended
Online foundation with periodic on-site coordinator support. When combined, only one set of one-time setup fees applies.
Best for: Most small business and mid-market organizations — flexibility of online with in-person guidance at key milestones.
Monthly time commitments by role.
The program is designed to run while your business runs. No production stoppages. No multi-day offsites. Here is exactly what each role commits to each month.
Receives training through Digital Chalk, then delivers it to the team. All management must participate.
Applied directly to their own BaseWork Center — learning and doing happen at the same time.
Monthly oversight meeting — manages, plans, schedules, and monitors the program at the leadership level.
Most curriculum phases run for 26 months. All personnel are "Team Members" and participate in team meetings. Pricing is contingent on your organization's existing educational and training infrastructure and subject to adjustment after an onboarding assessment.
What happens after you enroll.
Enrollment is the beginning, not the destination. Here is exactly what the first steps look like.
Onboarding assessment
A BSG coordinator reviews your organization's existing training infrastructure. Pricing and coordinator support are confirmed based on what's already in place. Most organizations complete onboarding within the first week.
Training Leadership enrolled
Your designated Training Leadership members receive access to Digital Chalk. Coursework begins immediately. The Steering Committee is identified and the Coordinator is assigned.
SABS library activated
Dropbox access is set up. Your Steering Committee Coordinator becomes the administrator. All course materials, systems documents, and forms are available from day one.
First meeting scheduled
Your coordinator helps schedule the full 26-month meeting calendar upfront. Scheduling in advance — up to a year ahead — is one of the first principles of the program. Training becomes a priority, not a nice-to-have.
The most effective training investment in your industry.
Organizations that enroll in SABS are not adding a training budget — they are replacing a less effective one at a fraction of the cost.

At 25 employees, SABS costs approximately $313 per employee per year — less than every major industry benchmark for training and development. The difference is not just cost. Industry-average training programs produce temporary knowledge. SABS produces permanent infrastructure — documented systems, accountable leadership, and a shared quality culture that outlasts any individual employee.
* Healthcare figures reflect clinical roles, which carry mandatory certification and compliance requirements. Manufacturing figure reflects the low end of the $800–$2,500 range. SABS per-employee figure calculated at 25 employees: base subscription + TL enrollment amortized annually.
Four steps to your monthly investment.
Your total cost is built from four components. Steps 1 and 2 are required for all enrollments. Steps 3 and 4 are customized to your organization's needs.
Choose your curriculum & enroll Training Leadership
All new clients begin with Phase 1–2 (Building Quality Business Infrastructure). Enter your employee count — 20% will be designated as Training Leadership and enrolled in the online curriculum.

BSG International recommends upgrading to Dropbox Plus ($9.99/month) for full MPSM capability.
Coordinator support — optional but recommended
BSG International coordinators provide facilitation and support throughout the 26-month program. A minimum of one hour of online support per month is recommended. Coordinator support is scheduled in advance for the full program duration.
