    When do extra seats take effect?
    Immediately after your Stripe checkout is complete. Your BSG International advisor will receive a notification and send Digital Chalk login credentials to the new Training Leader within one business day.
    Can I add just one seat at a time?
    Yes — the Stripe checkout lets you set any quantity from 1 upward. Each seat is $65/month and billed alongside your existing subscription on the same monthly cycle.
    What happens after I purchase the portal?
    Your BSG International advisor will reach out within one business day to kick off the setup process. Build time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your organization's branding assets and BaseWork Center© configuration.
    Can I cancel added seats?
    Yes. Contact your BSG International advisor or email sabsinfo@bsg-international.com and we'll remove the seat from your next billing cycle. The portal fee is non-refundable once setup has begun.
